Before you order
Manual provisioning
After payment, open a ticket in Discord with your invoice number. Your server will be set up within 24 hours, usually faster. This is a temporary process while automation is being built.
DDoS mitigation applies to the network, not specific game protocols
Traffic is filtered at the Intergrid network level. It protects against volumetric attacks but is not a Minecraft-specific game firewall with protocol-aware filtering.
IP bans won't work
All servers route through the same VPN exit IP. Banning by IP bans everyone. Use username or UUID bans instead.
