About CyTide
One person. Regional FNQ. Real hardware.
Why CyTide exists.
I started CyTide because I was sick of expensive, impersonal hosting where you're just another ticket number and the support team has no idea what version of Paper you're running.
I run this on real hardware I own, in regional Far North Queensland. I know the specs because I picked them. I know the limitations because I live with them. When something breaks, I'm the one who fixes it and I'll tell you what happened, not give you a canned "we experienced a service disruption" email.
There will be bumps. What I can promise is that I'll always be straight with you about what's broken and what I'm working on.

The infrastructure, as it actually is.
No marketing specs. This is the real bill of materials.
// both nodes are home hardware connected to residential fibre with a 5G mobile failover.
